Email from Daniel Eshkol, on Jan. 13, 2010, re: Zero Amp Technology, Pete Sumaruck’s Breakthrough Technology, followed by my reply of Jan. 14.
Dear New Energy Interested Reader, I just received an inquiry from Daniel Eshkol, "based in India." Mr. Eshkol says (printed as I received it), “I read that there are any number of nay sayers around in USA questioning zero amp, the videos show that petes technology works, i am a believer and i feel zero amp works. Nikola tesla tom bearden and john bedinis concepts are all close to petes concepts i feel.”
Maybe Tesla, a little, but way different from Bedini and Bearden.
Daniel goes on to offer “A simple advise to you and pete:” …“I think the way to forward for zero amp technology is to open source it by making it public domain,”…because other technology suppliers and inventors, “…all ended up in energy suppression tactics of fossil fuel lobby.”
Daniel tells me he will be offering a “step by step DIY guide in PDF format to be published…and sell the manual online.”… “this way it will help spread technology (not Pete’s tech) far and wide and imagine when this happens the oil majors cannot suppress this technology any more. God Bless. Daniel Eshkol”
Dear Readers, look for Daniel Eshkol’s enterprising PDF in the future on the internet. It may help some of you inventors…but first you have to have the Inspiration - inspiration is God-given. It is that glow, that inception of an idea that rings true. You develop the concept, then go from there. Build your first prototype. Wow! It works…amazing. Now how are you going to tell people? Mr. Eshkol wants you to open source your technology…but saying that and doing that will not guarantee that your project will not be closed down.
For example, there was John Bedini. Tom Bearden watched Mr. Bedini (they are friends) as he turned copper into gold. Now there is a WOW. I don’t know how Bedini did it but I have been told it is a very complicated process. But you know this is nothing new; from earliest historical records - from the first written word - the precursors of scientists/chemists - the alchemists - were doing it, or claiming to turn copper into gold.
http://www.worldviewopinion.com/blog/_archives/2009/12/29/4415597.html Dr. Bearden appears near the end of the above article and in voice on http://www.commutefaster.com/audio/bearden-compr.mp3http://www.commutefaster.com/audio/bearden-cmpr.mp3 (open on foxfire, not internet exp.)Daniel, even if he had wanted to open source his discovery, there would have been “no way” to open source copper into gold. Thank goodness the gentleman was allowed to live, so he could go on to invent other things. Just consider the potential fall of the gold market; we would all be drowning in cheap jewelry, we would learn to hate gold because it was so common; and entire world economies would fall. That would be most amusing…or not.
Pete Sumaruck is not turning copper into gold, but he is producing electrical power without batteries and without causing pollution. He can power things large and small, and he wants everyone to do the same.
I emailed the following letter back to Daniel, with only a couple of extra inclusions from Mr. Sumaruck. My reply to Daniel Eshkol:
"I appreciate your interest in New Energy; by now Pete has received several interested parties from India. Most of them want Pete to go to India to work on this project development. There is nothing in the world that would ever attract him go there.
"The business concept you suggest is not one he aspires to...but it is somewhat similar to his own business model.
"Let me explain: you purchase one of Pete’s generators (he has a 12kW and a 65kW) - incidentally, these can be scaled to a size for any need. There will be a time when a dam will only be used for the agricultural purposes of holding back water and not for creating power. The smaller gensets cost $300,000. (purchase price out the door, no extended terms), while the larger ones cost $3 Million ($300,000. down with the balance held in an escrow account in Pete’s bank until time of pickup). All of his gensets include a trailer. The larger genset will easily power a 3,500 sq ft. home and will last for 30 years - the standard lifetime of a new building.
Below is a picture of Pete when he was building his mobile generator prototype for the Army.

Below is the Army genset in process.

Pete Sumaruck describes how his invention works in a radio interview with James Robey of the Water Fuel Museum.
Pete tells me that the larger genset has more complicated engineering and will be easier to copy, when you go into production. Encouraging others to build these gensets is a more efficient way for spreading Sumaruck’s technology. This way, it is actually out there, not just on paper; and now away from elitist developers - people will actually and quickly benefit from this technology.
These generators are designed for people who want to go into the business of building generators, and Pete has buying parties from around the world. Daniel, how you do it is to back out the engineering and build you own gensets - you are purchasing a $trillion dollars worth of technology. Pete gives each of his first 10 buyers a year of his time as a consultant so your product will be running correctly, but he will not travel to any other country to do this - due to security issues; I am sure you understand.
This does not give you patent rights - you must sign an agreement not to file patents - and Mr. Sumaruck will not charge you licensing rights, nor royalties… so you are free to go, and do with the technology as you choose.
Daniel, this means that you could position your country technologically ahead of most other countries in the world (Japan and Brazil now do have Mr. Sumaruck’s technology).
Pete is very straight forward - you see it, you like it, want it, so you buy it. Simple.
He will be happy to sell you a generator, but please no more suggestions that he open source his invention. That concept is not acceptable.
Thank you for your interest, Sincerely, Charlotte Wilson… charlotte@worldviewopinion.com
