As of this moment, I will track you to the ends of the Earth to ensure (recognize that word?) that you do not continue to perpetrate your scams, whether they are military or otherwise!

*****

Charlotte Wilson’s comment: Note, now Bailey intimates Pete was “military,” even though he has claimed for several months that he is not, and suggests his breakthrough technology is a “scam”. Why is Larry Bailey so angry at Pete. Because Pete is the only person to ever stand up to the Vigilante, Larry Bailey. For years now, Bailey, Steve Robinson and the Schantag couple have been verbally, mentally and physically abusing thousands of men, illegally accusing them of what they believe to be infractions of military code…but they are not employed, nor sanctioned by the United States military.

A Tale of Two Wars - Mr. Bailey is no longer able to give orders as he did as an administrator, Navy Captain, so he feels compelled to wage war on thousands of veterans to fetter out a few miscreants - this is the pinnacle of fanaticism. Bailey conjoins that War with his Second War, aggressions against the progressive and Democratic Party-led government of this country. By being an avowed member of Free Republic, Bailey advocates the overthrow of the government of the United States. Bailey’s email continues:

*****

I suggest that you leave Charlotte out of your doings, because she has no way of knowing what a phony you are. I'm sure she's a nice person.

*****

It’s the old divide and conquer theory - hopefully play me against Pete…if I’m a “nice” girl, I’ll wise up. Is this a form of old military strategy - how naive.

In an assault of another form, on Saturday, September 19, a Bailey hacker placed 3 trojan attachments on Pete’s computer - with a link to Bailey and his buddies (by name). And if Mr. Bailey thinks I am so nice, why would he have his hacker also put a trojan on my computer. We have hardcopy.

On this day, 9/11/09, when we pause in reflective memory of what a band of terrorists did to this country - now 8 years past - it is our duty to contemplate a current and wannabe-vocal band of domestic terrorists.

Larry Bailey can be considered a de facto representative of this movement, heretofore called the Tea Party, and hence “TP.” In his political background, Mr. Bailey is an active member of DC branch of Free Republic.

“Jim Robinson, the founder of Free Republic, the most widely-read conservative internet forum, has issued a call for the overthrow of the U.S. government." Free Republic is a white supremacist organization.

“Free Republic” and “Restore the Republic”

Free Republic calls for a new election of all Federal officeholders, "Elections for regular government offices shall be conducted in November, 2010 as previously scheduled, except that elections will be held for all elective offices, including President, Vice President and all U.S. Representatives. U.S. Senators will be elected per class schedule by the various state legislatures." And a blogger's comment to this, oh…I was afraid he wanted to violate the constitution…this guy is an idiot."

In this article you will find words and phrases in orange. These are messages posted on posters from this most recent TP march/rally of 9/12 in Washington. Some of them are incongruous and a test of logic. I clicked on my computer this morning to find CNN streaming live from the street on the march route. The film crew was literally at ground level, filming only inches above the pavement and a manhole cover in front. My first observation was that 90% of the marchers were girthful. A colleague of mine said they must do a lot sitting and listening, not much physicality. This walk would be good exercise for everyone.

Most of the posters were homemade with a lot of "personality" - the only noticeably professional efforts in mass were the flags in yellow with a picture of the coiled snake from “Don’t Tread on Me.”  There were a few flags with red stripes only (no blue/no states). Does that mean that there shouldn’t be any states, just one big federal government - here, I thought these folks were big on states rights - to include the belief in secession from the Union.

All sorts of messages and colors in the posters - one with “Pro Life,” (of course) but as for colors, very few people of color. I only saw one darker person (unsure if they were African American). So many different groups, so many poster messages, some mean-spirited, some humorous, some incomprehensible: “Print Me a Trillion. We’ll Eat It.”

There were people from Freedomworks (the organizing group), Glen Beck - star of The 912 Project, and Gathering of Eagles.

Larry Bailey is the chairman of Gathering of Eagles , a conservative, pro-war veterans group. When you go to this site, you will notice in the left column a link to another story. A picture of young Middle Eastern boy with an automatic weapon, caption reading, “Jihad Kids…” and “almost from birth, Muslim children are…taught to embrace violence…” This is ironic, and can aptly apply to the TeaParty movement. Note - children mimic their adults with a screaming comment from a 7 yr. old at the 9/12 TP march, “Government just screws us.” TP rhetoric is full of violence.

The film crew stands up - CNN now switches to eyelevel. A few minutes on, a walker asks the crew who they work for..."CNN" they say. Someone screams "Communist News Network." The crew is polite, just working. Another marcher calls out to the crowd to get them to taunt the film crew, "You lie," "You lie." strangly like an echo, only one marcher joins in. They give up and walk on. Just behind them, one man tries to be nice, "Are you really here to film us...thanks."

The group donating the most money for this rally/march is the National Association of Rural Landowners, or NARLO, hence to be called Gnarly (pronounced Narly) - if there are Freepers, Birthers and Deathers, now there are Gnarlies. Visit their site to the link, “The Coming Civil War.”  Gnarly says, “The second American revolution has just begun. Join it or buy a gun, because you are going to need it.” Gnarlies want it; they believe it’s coming; and they want everyone to take up arms right NOW.

Previous to Gathering of Eagles, Larry Bailey was/is the original Swiftboater - president of Vietnam Vets for Truth, and head of Kerry Lied rally and pressure group, the Operation Street Corner, also the "Boot Murtha" campaign.

In 2007, in an interview with democracy-project.com, the host asked Larry Bailey, “Why do this, when you could be enjoying retirement.?”

Bailey replied, “I AM enjoying retirement by doing this.”

Why would anyone include this placard on a video unless they wanted to poke fun at the TP march - one person commented on it's as misspelling, but it's just improper grammar. Did these people go to school? Wouldn't this group want to put on their best face for the public; why show off this sign? And why would the pro-TP website, Minority Report, brandish it for all to see?  It seems that ignorance is a comfort zone for TP members.

After Larry Bailey retired from the Navy, he says he taught English and History. Better go back to work, Larry...certainly a more valuable occupation than organizing TP marches.

An odd statement involving Bailey's personal and political history - in an interview in 2005, when asked about being politically active in national politics before now, Bailey says, "Not national...(but) I was out of the Navy for a couple of years back in the 60's and became executive director of the Republican party in Ft. worth, TX." Odd, why would he be "out of the Navy for a couple of years." A person is in, and then out, and then back again - why is that? And wouldn't that interfer with those 27 years he says he was in the Navy, retired in 1990 but says he entered in 1962 - some lost years there, hummm.

Maybe in those in-between-years Larry did some contract or spook work in Navy-like situations. Maybe to this day he is a spook, infiltrating all these radical conservative groups. Maybe we should look at his DD-214 (discharge papers with vitae and easily available).

Is Bailey really what he purports to be; at times he seems to not know who he really is. Was he actually a Navy SEAL - an active SEAL, in between those times he wasn't in the Navy. On Dec. 21, 2004, he gave an interview with C-SPAN where the reporter never mentions Captain Bailey was a Navy SEAL and Bailey never speaks up to correct the omission - very important if being a SEAL was his raison for being in the Navy.

In another instance, Bailey is interviewed by Jim Vicevich at WTIC radio, regarding Bailey's harassment of Congressman John Murtha. Vicevich continually refers to Bailey as "Commander." Wouldn't that be an insult to be lowered in rank? Bailey never broke in to mention that it is "Captain Bailey." Before the interview, surely Bailey would have been introduced to the host. Is Bailey new to his own reputation.

A very important article is “The Defenders for Freedom, Justice and Equality,” for an up front portrait of the March 17, 2007 march/rally, and life with the Gathering of Eagles.

As a 27 year Navy veteran, retired in 1990 with the rank of Captain, Bailey is a Libertarian, and will tell you his favorite book is the Libertarian Bible, “The Law,” by Frederic Bastiat; Bailey calls it, “the bible of liberty, period.” Born in 1939, on Aug. 7, Bailey is 70.

"I want you to be a socialist"

Most people in America are affiliated with one or several social networking groups so why take special notice of Larry Bailey: because he is involved with groups who preach the overthrow of our government, and because he is a vigilante.

The Gnarly group uses the now-common bombast of calling Democrats, Socialists, but they also include environmentalists in the abomination category. Gnarly say, “Unless we come together in a cohesive, fighting unit, our freedoms and liberties shall fade into the dark chasm of socialism and radical environmentalism.”

What is radical environmentalism? I guess it’s what Peter Sumaruck has invented, with his Zero-Amp Tech. Pete’s power production system can power you home, business, city for 30 years for practically no cost - that’s what is termed free energy; it’s over unity (puts out more energy than you put in), is closed looped (once started, does not stop until you turn it off), and dispels Ohm’s Law of physics, as well as defeats the Law of Thermodynamics. Pete’s system is also pollution free.

“Caution, the Revolution is Coming”

Connected to Larry Bailey by a thread, how so? Larry works for Pownetwork, a company operated by a Vietnam vet’s wife, Mary Schantag, where they vet vets…or not. Someone tells them they think a particular person is not really a veteran (as they supposedly claim). Then they send their teams out on the hunt - no longer military-affiliated, but now vigilantes on the prowl. This way, if these raiders didn’t have enough combat experiences in their current lives, they satisfy this need by hunting out supposed miscreants.

"Who is John Gault" - Who is John Gault? I shrug.

The star of Pownetwork is Steve Robinson. He was a Navy SEAL from 1971 to 1978 - but no combat time, only sub repair and electronics instruction. Robinson yearned for combat so he took up a hobby of battlefield recreations, where he assumed the role of a Viking warrior, even to forging his own armor. when that was not enough, he became an actual vigilante.

If you go to the pownetwork.org, you will see a click for "wannabes," and even another...hundreds of cases - many of these are from the roster of the dead, no longer able to defend themselves. Steve Robinson wants to increase his body count. There are a few criminal types but most of the write-ups show no evidence of malfeasance. Some are very sad, like a man claiming to be a Vietnam vet, pulling a large wagon-like cart across the country, turns out he would have been only 15 years old in the war...no war, only disturbed.

Does Robinson get some joy out of this "work?" I would suggest honest labor for him.

This year, early summer, someone contacted Steve Robinson - someone who doesn’t like Pete Sumaruck, someone who doesn‘t want Pete‘s breakthrough technology to reach the public. At that time, Larry Bailey joined in on this blood sport, like pitbulls attacking a greyhound. The individual who contracted them, said Pete was claiming to be a Navy SEAL, when he wasn’t. They became convinced this would be profitable and fun. Bully mentality runs deep in both Steve Robinson and Larry Bailey.

This assault team began with articles on the pow website and loathing emails, first to me and then to Pete. Did they learn this tricks from Richard Nixon?

Pete to me, “I was not a Navy SEAL (or Se.A.L.); I keep telling people I was a civilian contract employee, taught by Navy SEALs. To go into combat - paramilitary work, in the boonies, where Americans legally couldn’t go - but everybody wants to say I’m a SEAL.”

I to him, “I know it now, but I wrote it that way because it was simpler not to go into all those details. It just didn’t seem that important. It was what you did… not how you got into ‘the business.’” I had originally written an article referring to Pete as a Navy SEAL; it just seemed more expedient at the time. I had no idea it would upset anyone.

"They want me to name names, and places...but I won't break honor." Pete spent 9 ½ years in this contract position, in war zones around the world - all of it in combat, to incorporate some photography in the last year. As you might imagine, combat is very tough duty. Steve Robinson wasn‘t in combat, while Larry may have, especially in Vietnam, but did he actually lead his men as a SEAL officer in combat? Was he actually a SEAL? Bailey doesn’t talk about that, only that he is most proud of being the commanding officer of the Naval Special Warfare Center (SEAL training) in California for 3 ½ years. This would have been administrative work, the reason we suppose Bailey wants to get out in the field now, in chase and capture.

When this flack began, we didn’t have any idea who had contacted the Pownetwork about Pete, or why. Then with some clever computer maneuvers (we have hard copy), we found out the individual was Dr. Steven Greer. Greer is a former emergency room physician, now ufologist (UFOs and alien research), and proponent of new energy technology (and maintains an expensive lifestype from donations to his group, Orion). He and Pete had a falling out when Greer wanted to purchase Pete’s invention 6 months ago, but suddenly could not produce the funds stipulated in the contract.

We believe factions of our government are helping Greer; many groups do not want new energy to succeed: naturally, the petroleum industry; “Tbone” Pickens and his natural gas; certainly nuclear power is powerful at the Pentagon. Back to the Gnarlies at NARLO, and their war against “radical environmentalists.” These people laugh smugly at advanced technology.

"You Can't Fix Stupid"

Greer pulled back from Pete’s technology when it was clear that it really works. Dr. Greer had begun to promote many different types of new energy but none had come to fruition. With Pete’s invention, Greer took a push/pull attitude - Pete must be stopped, they decided; perhaps some contrived disgrace could be implemented to stop him. And so, the “garbage men” were called in.

But remember the greyhound - he is fast, intelligent and fond of arriving first at the finish line.

These vigilante teams used to be AuthentiSeal and VariSeals until both groups dissolved from lack of volunteer interest; furthermore, those company names only refer to an application to Navy SEALs. Currently, Pow has broadened their base to include vetting anyone in the present or former military.

What exactly do the Pow people do to their intended. Pete reported that a variety of people in his town called him to say that Pow team members, to include Larry Bailey, had called them to disparage Pete - Pow had discovered his high school yearbook and found the ones still living in town. They also went after any contacts he noticeably had in the energy community. The following is an email sent to me, telling me about how he (Ken Rasmussen) was contacted by Larry Bailey, raving about Pete. This is typical of the calls made by Bailey to friends and associates of Pete.

So who is Larry Bailey and why is he spamming me with endless e-mails badmouthing Pete?

He appears to be a one note samba.  I initially tried to start an intelligent conversation back from his first e-mail, but he won't talk about anything but to attack Pete.

Vigilantism in America is against the law, Larry Bailey.

In previous cases, Bailey is proud to describe the staged confrontations he has forced upon his supposed suspects. He and the team will go to the man’s home or public place where others might witness the altercation. They drag the man outside and do an “intervention” type confrontation.

“We Didn’t Bring Our Guns…This Time”

An unknown team member ingratiated himself in friendship to Pete, talked about buying a car engine he had for sale - can I come over and look at it (at Pete’s home)? Staking out his place. Days later an SUV with team members showed up, watched from a nearby hill, then asked if they could rent a place nearby, drove by several times, paused, stopped… Pete’s neighbors became alerted; they all came out to hold their ground. The vigilantes went away.

“Get Your Funds Cut Off”

The military is a time when you give your all, then you move on to something else - there is a time for battle, and then a time for peaceful productive work. There is no place for the word “glory.” Life is only a passage.

I have been the one to receive most of emails. Pete had told these people that their harassment tactic has been the catalyst for Admiral Boorda's suicide (constant hounding harassment because he wore a tiny "V" pin for combat in Vietnam/conflict over whether it should be one pin or two). The man writing to me blamed the suicide on the "Press." Oh ya, that's always good - just blame the press when you can't accept a real answer. I would say that overall, with these people, my using logic doesn’t work. No matter what I say, they refuse to be deterred by logic.

“You Can’t Fix Stupid”

“You Lie” - Larry Bailey just can’t help it; he feels compelled to but try to defeat a person in your own Party, both Libertarians. For an emerging independent Party, you want loyalty, concurrence; you want like minds; you want to thrust ahead to victory…right? The problem is that Larry Bailey is pro-war and Adam Kokesh is a member of Iraqi Veterans for Peace and favors ending the war(s).

These two individuals are not new to each other. They met in 2007, Sept. 17, in Washington, D.C. at a “Truth in Recruiting” demonstration/rally, at the Armed Forces recruiting center at Union Station. D.C. police had to draw a line to separate activists from ANSWER (Act Now to Stop War and End Racism), and the VFP (Veterans for Peace), from mixing with members of Larry Bailey’s Gathering of Eagles.

Bailey tells a reporter, “just came to get in the face of these people we call ‘moonbats.’” Mike Ferner, the article author, says that Bailey and Adam Kokesh “began conversing about whether Iraqi civilians have been killed in the war.”… “Bailey offered that he was a Libertarian. Kokesh smiled and said so was he.” Then the latter mentioned that while he was stationed in Iraq, he saw U.S. troops poorly equipped. “Larry responded that he had (personally) given one hundred dollars to help purchase helmets for U.S. troops.”

Not meant as a joke, I think. A hundred dollars might buy 2 good helmets, maybe. If he had said $100,000.00, then I would have been impressed.

Jump two years later, to July 9, 2009, for the yearly Freedom Fest convention of Libertarians in Las Vegas, where Larry Bailey “used the material you provided on Kokesh to rattle him completely this morning,” spoken by John of thisainthell.us . Adam Kokesh was one of the speakers at the Freedom Fest “as part of his campaign” for Congress, as a Representative from New Mexico.

Same old stuff - this is what Larry Bailey summarily attempts to do to former military people who don't agree with him. Again from thisainthell.us, “Kokesh’s bio has all sorts of false or embellished claims…etc,” to include the mention of DD-214 military discharge papers (see worldviewopinion.com/blog/_archives/2009/8/26/4300096  where Larry Bailey attempts to promulgate Pete Sumaruck’s DD-214). John says, “we’re putting this together in a flier to distribute to counter his (Kokesh‘ bio) claims" - an organized campaign of defamation.

Logical dialog would be the adult answer between conflicted parties, but with Larry Bailey, it is not to be. From this we hear, Larry Bailey pre-dates Joe Wilson with his outburst of, “You Lie.” Bailey engages in a verbal outbursts in public placea. In the past, he has frequently been heard to speak of “humiliation.” He wants to humiliate his supposed victim. What is the old expression, “No honor among…” politicians…or soldiers, or at lease, some soldiers. Larry Bailey has done this before; the old soldier loves these confrontations, the thrill of combat, hummm. By this time in his battling, he is cavalier; he swiftboats with confidence…however he was not successful in removing John Murtha from Congress. Time will show us what will happen to Adam Kokesh.

I suppose most of Larry Bailey's victims just give up, let them rave, and hope they’ll get tired and go away. Several of Baileys' boys have even said to Pete, “Why don’t you just give up?” Pete is a man on a mission; he will never give up. He believes they are simply ignorant and inferior. And I agree.

“God Will Make You Hear.”

Pete says, “I never asked anything of the military; I don’t bother them and they don’t bother me.” … "A lot of times, they would send someone in uniform, to try to get me to take a pension, but I always declined.” “Years ago, our chief warned us about taking anything from them; he was so right.” And “These guys don’t act like real SEALs…to create a fight where there isn‘t one.” There are enough real wars, no need to try to create one for amusement. “I’ve known a lot of real SEALs; they never cared about what civilians thought of them; they just wanted to do the job and do it right; they would laugh at these people.”

Or scoff at them…for sure, swear at them…real men of honor would scowl, shake their heads, walk past them, maybe push them aside. By their body language, they would be known. Tough men are just that.

“Armed with the Constitution.”

Larry Bailey is also affiliated with Oath Keepers  - what is their purpose. All I can say is they are big on the Constitution. The new American.com article states: the Obama administration has targeted political conservatives and military veterans as potential violent terrorists under a new Department of Homeland Security report entitled Rightwing Extremism (see article PDF).

At Lexington Green on April 20, 2009, Larry Bailey administered the oath. Here is one of the oaths: I ________, do solemnly swear or affirm that I will support and defend Constitution of the United States against all enemies foreign and domestic that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same. That I take this obligation freely without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion pledging my life, my fortune, and my sacred honor. So help me God.

The above oath has now been expanded to include 10 items that Oath Keepers will NOT obey. Number 10 is: We will not obey any orders which infringe on the right of the people to free speech, to peaceably assemble, and to petition their government for a redress of grievances.

So Larry Bailey supports the constitution and he swears he will not infringe on the right of the people to free speech. And with all this posturing, one would want to believe that he believes in the rule of law, a country that operates by the rule of law…unless he wants all states to be individual countries. Until such time, he will have to follow the laws of the land, or be prosecuted.

Let’s look at the Constitution. The First Amendment is similar to item 10 (in reverse), which Mr. Bailey and the Oath Keepers refuse to obey - not to infringe on the right to free speech.

The First Amendment was ratified December 15, 1791:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Pete Sumaruck says that Larry Bailey and Steve Robinson are attempting to violate his First Amendment rights by trying to stop his technology from reaching the general public.

Furthermore, Bailey and Robinson do not make the laws; Congress makes the laws. Bailey and Robinson are not law enforcement officers, nor are they members of the military - they are used-to-be’s. They have no jurisdiction over Pete Sumaruck; verbal and physical harassment is illegal. These two men and their associates are vigilantes, something which is also illegal.

I understand Bailey and Robinson want to “Restore the Republic” but by laws of the land, they must obey the Constitution, just as they swore they would. Let’s see that happen.
