Highlights of the Advanced Energy Whistleblower Conference, Washington, DC, Dec. 12 and Dec. 13 -
Energy researcher, Dr. Tom Bearden says Conservation of Energy and the Second Law of Thermodynamics have long been disproved. And inventor, Pete Sumaruck says putting out a fire in a Cuban restaurant gave him his idea for his breakthrough technology.

There was a duel purpose for the Advanced Energy “Whistleblower” Conference in Washington: discuss the past and future of new energy technology; and report on the plethora of incidents of inventor suppression, to include the ultimate deterrent - murder.
* Ongoing harassment reported - on Dec. 13, 2009, Pete Sumaruck’s father’s grave was desecrated and vandalized. See end of article for details.
Author’s Note: The word “Whistleblower” is not my word. I believe it pushes a button to attract conspiracy followers. Inventors do not work their magic because they think of conspiracies. They merely want to do their creative work, then bring it to the public - to say, “Here is something that will help you, make life better for you, something that will change the world.” Change is good.
Most inventors want to move the world forward. They do not want to be “stopped.” It is this last word that is most troublesome - there is a lot of “stopping” going on. Let everyone invent. If it’s a good product, it will survive.
This conference was presented and moderated by Todd Hathaway (representing altenergy2012.blogspot.com), and new energy researcher, Leslie Pastor. http://www.commutefaster.com/audio/pastor-cmpr.mp3 to hear Mr. Pastor. He relates his background in new and alternative energy and the tech revolution, beginning in 1972, when he made a study of the works of Anthony C. Sutton published by the Hoover Institute.
Read the first paragraph of the fascinating link.Pastor goes on to speak of Nicola Tesla
who discovered Alternating Current as a “novelty of fact” (a technology that cannot be tested by the current known knowledge of the period). Among many other things, he invented the radio. Tesla’s technology was suppressed by J.P. Morgan, who favored Thomas Edison and his Direct Current. It was Morgan who founded General Electric. Mr. Pastor says he wants to record the “control paradyne” engaged to stop inventors of new energy technology, “deliberate acts to prevent U.S. from being independent,” in energy. (Pastor’s comments: http://alturl.com/gcve - audio file).Leslie Pastor told Pete Sumaruck, he “stumbled upon” his own, “novelty of fact” see http://www.worldviewopinion.com/blog/energy/_archives/2009/5/22/4197126.html.
Now, Mr. Sumaruck contributes to this audio conference on the live stream, archived on
http://www.commutefaster.com/audio/sumaruck-cmpr.mp3 There were 948 hits/visitors to this conversation. Todd didn’t start the tape at the very beginning of Pete’s story - we want more about the Cuban restaurant, so Pete told me about it again. While working in Florida, Pete relished going to breakfast at a 3 generations mom and pop-owned Cuban restaurant - “those great beans.” He’s sitting at his table when massive billows of white smoke begin to flood the restaurant, customers in a scramble, panic on their faces. The little grandmother-owner ran over to Pete. She knew he was an electrical contractor, had the contract for TGI Fridays restaurants, “Senor, please help, can you?”
He went outside; the vent-a-hood was on the roof. There was an analogue digital veritable speed drive. “I played with the speed pots (potentiometer), turned the test points like crazy, trying everything,” Pete explains to me, “to get different values of voltage until you get what you want…the vent-a-hood came back on…At that moment I noticed a little more amp coming out. But that was impossible.”
“How could you tell there was more?” I asked. “My amprobe told me,” his laughing reply.
Todd’s interview begins here.
“I couldn’t get that out of my mind, what the hell did I do, bugged the crap out of me - more amperage out, just not possible. A week, maybe 2 later, I went back - told them I may have left some tools up on the roof, could I go look. I opened up the drive, sure enough, 3 phase in, 3 phase out, but a ½ amp more out.
Traditional science usually says this is impossible - that’s overunity (more energy coming out then going in) and closed looped (there is no exterior source of fuel).
“After that, I spent 2 years doing research. I went all over the country, [went to Harvard, MIT, audited classes and asked professors, students], to big manufacturing facilities: TRW, Boeing, McDonnell. I’d find the closest, nicest bar, wait until the scientists and engineers started coming out after work. I had 2 programmable calculators with me, I talked to these guys, told them what I had found and ask them to ‘show me the math.’ Nobody, could ever do that.
“By 1989 I decide to buy one (drive and generator), tear it apart. First time I fired it up, it worked. I almost fainted.” “What do you mean, ‘it worked?’” Todd to Pete.
Pete replies, “It had 240volts, 3 phase in, 240, 3 phase out; it was a 12kW generator; I hoped for only 3,000 watts but got 11,000 watts.” Todd is amused. “Engineers tell me to push it, get it to go even higher, but I sized it down to 6,000; didn’t want to wear it out - take care of it, respect it, no repairs necessary, just a couple of new belts every 10 years; the thing is going to last 30 years.”
“I started doing demonstrations all over the country, plenty of people excited about it, but not willing to buy. I build at least a dozen systems around the country…(but) I found Corporate America never gave me anything, only wanted to steal (my tech) from me (Ross Perot, Willie Nelson, Wall Mart). This is the worst country on earth to develop anything.
“In 1998, I had 14 mini-strokes; they told me I couldn’t work anymore…so I volunteered at SF General.” That was where Pete met his two future partners, one is a radiology engineer. They convinced Pete to build another system, do more demos.
That was when he went to Fort Hood (2002). “I have no complaints with Fort Hood; they never tried to screw me.”… “I got through to III Corps and the Chief Engineer,” who didn’t believe him, but agreed to go out to Pete’s van in the parking lot to view a demonstration. After seeing it, Pete said, “the Chief was jumping around like a 9 yr. old child with the key to the toy factory.
“They introduced me to a lot of generals; in a week we began the project (mobile generators to power the war in Iraq). I thought finally I’m with some honest people.”
Pete went on to tell about how the dream, and the $26 million deal faded. The tech was great; it worked perfectly but the government - two Texas politicians - shelved the project. Shortly before the prototype disappeared, two admirals came to visit Pete for a demonstration, but were told by someone at McDowell Engineering where Pete had been given work space, that he was out of town - he was only in the room next door with the prototype. The government harassment had begun.
Todd asks Pete what he thinks prompted the politicians to kill the project. Pete replies he heard it was because they were deeply involved in building 10 nuclear power plants in Texas. But Pete goes on to say how shortsighted this is. “Building nuclear plants only employ construction people for a short time, then needs a small staff to maintain the plants…but my technology will supply massive employment for Americans long term…worldwide.”
“What needs to change,” Todd asks. Pete mentions an old high school buddy who is very wealthy; how so - for 20 years or more, his friend has invested in Texas oil leases, around Midland Odessa. Pete says that if you drive through the area, out of the thousands of rigs, only 10 (he counted them) are pumping. These oil leases pay off not to pump. The general belief is that our country is low on local oil but that is not the case - oil is being hoarded.
Todd asks Pete what he thinks the government should do to end the energy crisis and devastated economy. “The government could take over oil production, bring gas back to $1 a gallon, and keep manufacturing here in this country instead of importing everything.
Todd asks how we would get our oil if international oil dried up. “Use my technology - take all the factories closed by the auto makers (all over the country there are derelict factories, like in Waco, Texas, Pete’s home town where opportunities for young people do not exist - empty factories to prove it)…put in my technology to build generators,” and many other product applications of his tech.
“Open factories, start manufacturing again, lot’s of Americans don’t have jobs, in some places 20 to 30% unemployment,” (counting those not on unemployment) Pete says. Todd asks, “Are you looking for people to help you?” Pete answers, yes, he’s always helping people who are out of work. “Todd ask Pete, “How can people help you?”
Leslie speaks up, “Pete, do you have tech for sale right now.” “Yes, I do.”
Todd asks, “What should inventors do?” Pete says, “Move to Japan (where his patent lawyer lives).” He also advises, “Don’t get patents unless you are rich, have $20 to 30 million to fight in court when someone steals your tech (get patents pending). He says he interviewed 6 patent attorneys before he chose one, “None of them can give you any guarantees, mine is a good guy.”
Todd asks Pete about his technology in Brazil. Pete gave his energy system to one of his military buddies who sold it to Brazil. Pete has stayed in this country because he does not want his tech used for weapons, but says that once out of his hands, “they do as they want.” His tech has been applied to power a laser weapon which is light weight/can be carried on a soldier’s back. It was tested on a drone plane which when hit lost all electrical power and crashed.
Todd says, “I guess we know when a plane falls out of the sky, we really can’t tell why.” Pete replies, “Any tech can be used the wrong way.”…but adds, “Well…Uncle Sam can count on me to help them.” Still…after all the abuse - 6 attempts on his life, phone and internet tampering, just after this program, no emails going into his address - he will forgive them; it’s still his country.
The next person to participate is James Allen Robey - listen to him on http://alturl.com/493k. Mr. Robey did 2 radio interviews with Pete, one in fall of 2008 and http://www.4shared.com/file/171906352/fc7793da/james_robey.htmlanother this past June 20.
James Robey is a good communicator, well-informed and bright. On Todd’s show, the archive misses the first topic but it seems James Robey was asked how he became interested in hydrogen as a power source. The archive begins with him describing his quest to heat his home slab floor with hot water, as well as mulch that can be heated to provide hot water for household needs. If you want to do that, this is a good resource for directions. Mulch as a heat source is basic tech and inexpensive.
While doing mulch research on the internet, James came across the concept of obtaining fuel from water …he found there was quite a tradition behind this technology; this in turn led to the development of Robey’s Water Fuel Museum. Apparently this research began in the 1700s with Lavoisier and Cavendish. James says his wife spoke of his water-fuel obsession, “at least it wasn’t another woman,”…he says, “my mistress was ‘water-fuel.’”
Todd, James and Leslie go on to talk about theoretical concepts of overunity/closed looped energy production systems using hydrogen, disassociation of water, and magnetic generators. Researchers mentioned included Stan Meyer and Charlie Holbrook. Leslie asks if Steve Greer bought Stanley Meyer’s technology - they didn’t know.
The next speaker was Thomas Valone who can be viewed on
http://alturl.com/b940 on video. I’m sorry but the sound was poor as was the glare on a presentation screen Valone used. I believe he was giving a history of energy production with mention of COFE, ultra capacitors, electrogravitics and the “Diode Energy Array Converter Design,” (in large print - I could see that) and high voltage water splitters. He speaks of research into using air as a fuel. There is some fade in of the Casir Engine-Haisch, saying the concept is complicated. Then how an inventor was “discouraged” by the military and threatened with a court marshal even though he was not in the military.
I will skip to David Yurth. Your time will be well spent on
http://alturl.com/8zcw listening to Mr. Yurth. It is short and fascinating. The story began back after the Fall of the Wall and 1990. Mr. Yurth became connected to a research facility in Las Vegas, which came into the possession of 27 technologies given to them by Ukrainians who wanted to share.Yurth put the material into manuscript form which he gave to his literary agent…this reads on like a novel. In the end, the government told he could not publish for 5 years and then, only as fiction. These were/are all extremely important technologies - subjects the Russians believed were essential to the understanding of the natural world. Don’t miss listening to this audio.
Due to time constraints, I will skip to two guest speakers at the end of the conference on Sunday, Dec. 13.
One of them is Jeane Manning, the author of “Breakthrough Power,” (along with Joel Garbon). You can listen to her speak http://www.commutefaster.com/audio/manning-cmpr.mp3, 1100 listeners logged on. “Breakthrough Power: how quantum-leap new energy inventions can transform our world,” is a compendium of energy technologies and the rocky road inventors trudge.
“In the 1980s co-author Jeane Manning began interviewing inventors, inventions and scientists who want to save the world by offering clean energy abundance. To her dismay, she found that many stories of suppression of energy breakthroughs are true.” A quote from http://breakthroughpower.net/Media.html. Ms. Manning wants her book in every classroom in every school.
Manning talks about the “proof of principle” as “crossing the (mind) mine fields,” with all it’s dangers…as an inventor crosses the bridge from the invention, still in the mind, jumping to the production of an actual product. In this interview, she identifies various individuals and situations - how it went for them…to include inventor suppression on many levels.
There was a Dr. Romberg, Ms. Manning met in Toronto 9 years ago. From her interview she learned that though he had a Ph.D. in psychology, he had come to invent something (the size of a refrigerator - he called it his black box”) to power his home off the grid.
He invited the local power company over to view them turning off the lights in his house; he then disappeared briefly and the lights came back on. He told them, “I will put you out of business in 6 months.” I guess the utility felt threatened. Soon, an officer from the RCMP (Mounties), paid him a visit. He must cease building his invention for 30 years; Dr. Romberg dismantled his invention.
At this point, Todd states that any effort to stop inventors in moving forward will not be tolerated. He sounds tough. Will the gauntlet toss work.
What can help? Jeane Manning mentions an inventor she knows who instead of an engineering or physics background, has a degree in business…that this knowledge is particularly handy, to say the least. She mentions, especially with negotiations, to watch out for the “shut up” clause in a contract, and a “performance clause” so you can continue to invent.
Todd then speaks of the responsibility inventors have for improving world condition, that there is power in a community of inventors. Jeane Manning and he discuss the murder of Eugene Malov, that it was done as a warning to other inventors - hush. She believes this only serves to strengthen their resolve.
The next and final speaker is Tom Bearden, who can be heard on the archive http://www.commutefaster.com/audio/bearden-cmpr.mp3 with 1523 listeners logged in; Bearden has a good reputation and name recognition in the invention community. Leslie Pastor is moderator, leading the questions with Dr. Bearden. This is a must hear for his broad and detailed knowledge of physics, engineering and research - he has met, worked with, and led many of the leaders in various disciplines today, and he can communicate the details without becoming a living textbook.
When you listen to Dr. Bearden, tune your ear for key explanations, like “Conservation of Energy” theory and the “Second Law of Thermodynamics.” Involving physical reality and unified theories, he says we and especially EEs (electrical engineers) were incorrectly taught. We must start again with Nicola Tesla, who not only invented the radio (as Les Pastor said), but happened upon the asymmetrical system current or AC which can/does defeat the theory of Conservation of Energy, while Thomas Edison was working with symmetrical or direct current or DC.
Dr. Bearden explains that with DC, you need to continuously put in energy, where as Tesla found “you don’t need more fuel - you take energy from the medium (or vacuum). This would be overunity. Tesla visited new energy societies of his era - no TV or internet then so you had to make personal appearances - promoting his discoveries, but he was up against a powerful wall - J.P.Morgan
Morgan was funding Edison and developing the fledgling General Electrics Co. He was developing electrical engineering as a science/dicipline where there had been none before. Morgan would not let the new science include any study or even mention an asymmetrical current system. From those times - 1892 - until now, EEs do not learn about asymmetrical current. “Electrical engineers were crippled deliberately.”
However, physics does know about and work with the asymmetrical system. “In physics, you can violate the Conservation of Energy theory…and Newton’s First Law of Motion was/is a law of perpetual motion.” Bearden also says that “There is no such thing as the Second Law of Thermodynamics. If you do not concur, listen to Tom Bearden’s explanation. This is why it is so difficult to talk to EEs about New Energy. They were taught that there is nothing in a vacuum. In opposition, Tesla found that “the vacuum furnishes energy - takes energy from the active medium.” Bearden talks about Maxwell’s Theory where, “there are plenty of asymmetrical systems.”
Continued topics by Bearden: *** Self-powering Steam Boiler; *** Fogal semiconductor http://www.cheniere.org/misc/fogal.htm; *** Use of Negative Energy; *** Pre-cursor Physics (you can redirect physical energy, done by the Russians); *** Empty space has a hard reality; ***1967 Russians used rotated frames to produce a COP 18 every time; *** “tickle the pulsing”; *** “Negative energy is the dark matter they are looking for”; “I was with Bedini when he turned copper into gold.”; *** “vacuum tickling,” view John Kanzus concept to cure cancer http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4OklIm5a1Lc; Water Gas
In all these topics, Tom Bearden describes incidents of suppression of both inventors and academics; murder and threats of assassination; the Venus weapon used on Tom Bearden and an associate; various poisons; Japanese Mafia; the “throw-away” assassin; various techniques of attempted character assassination and image destruction (go to the meter 1hr. and 30 minutes into the interview - one of the types of dissuasion/harassment mentioned here was/is being used on Pete Sumaruck, http://www.worldviewopinion.com/blog/energy/_archives/2009/8/26/4300096.html );
Nicola Tesla’s murder - go to the counter, 1hr into the program for the irrefutable proof from Leslie Pastor.
In the end, Tom Bearden gives various suggested remedies to this obfuscation, one of which must be addressed - that governments stop believing in the protection of corporations as part of national security - rationale used to keep inventors away from the public.
All inventors and their supporters wish to thank producer and moderator Todd Hathaway and Leslie Pastor for developing this event so that inventors can bring conditions to the light - we should call this “Inventors World, 2009.”
Auxiliary Notes
Today, I asked Ken Rasmussen, the webmaster of commutefaster.com
site which offers news articles on everything going on in new energy/alternative energy) if he could think of anyone other than Pete Sumaruck, of all the current inventors in the energy field, who has a product to sell. He said, no one else, Pete is the only one.Ken says, “There’s Jim Boswell” (he seemed to have a viable product, but after several experiences of life threatening harassment, he demurred) “now he has gone into seclusion.” His name is mentioned in the conference discussions but no way to reach him.
Ken went on to mention some incidents of inventor suppression. “Dennis Lee had a warehouse full of overunity products, some with 200% efficiency, but the Feds came in, took everything to the dump, and put him in prison for 2 years. I understand from those who have seen his prison record, there is a ‘blank’ where it says the cause of imprisonment.”
Then of course, there was the suppression of Ken, himself and those he knows through his own research. One of Ken’s research engineers in 2006 was run off the road, taken into the other car, and threatened by 4 men with guns to his head…to stop work on his projects…with mention of the names of his relatives and friends, to include Ken.
Ken told me “Tom Bearden has done the most research on these harassment incidents. Even he was attacked by a shooter with a Venus beam weapon (told to me before I heard it from Bearden)
http://www.rexresearch.com/degeus/degeus.htm . He and an associate were attending a conference in a hotel meeting room http://commutefaster.com/audio/bearden-cmpr.mp3 (open on Foxfire). Dr. Bearden saw a man nearby (you can’t be more than 10 feet away). He says this weapon, “destroys the ability of the body to control the heat beat.” You have 10 seconds to escape; if not, the person succumbs quickly to a massive heart attack. Fortunately the two men were seated next to an emergency exit; they rushed out of the room, accompanied by alarm bells sounding.Pete Sumaruck has for months been harassed and threatened along with annoying personal sabotage but he believes, “Too many know what I’m doing… for anyone to try to take me out.”
* Ongoing harassment reported - on Dec. 13 (the second day of this cnverence), 2009, Pete Sumaruck’s father’s grave was desecrated and vandalized. There was a large marble plaque on the ground with a bronze plate containing information. This was ripped apart and the bronze vase torn off. No other grave in the cemetery was vandalized. “What kind of coward scum would do this kind of thing? These people call themselves Americans? - they’re a POS.”
Pete directly attributes this to friends of Steve Robinson and Larry Bailey, who hire former military people to harass Pete. This attempted inventor suppression reaches a new low in degradation. Todd Hathaway says suppression will not be tolerated…but how are we going to enforce morality? Pete says, “this can work both ways.” Pete has friends. He mentions how great his father was; over a thousand friends attended his funeral. Steve Robinson and Larry Bailey will die alone.
I asked Pete, “There are all these inventor theories and concepts but it seems you are the only one with a product. Why can’t the other inventors have something ready to go?”
“I wish they would; competition is a great thing, but the problems come after the discovery. It’s tough getting to market. Most inventors are looking for funding; I’m not looking for investors; I have partners, but I don’t want to sell off a piece of my invention to an investor and have them tell me what to do. I was willing to sell the technology, gave our government a bargain price - several times - but they and others want it for free, like Ross Perot. Stealing a man’s idea just isn’t right.
“It’s just stupid of our government to try to stop me - there are millions of households in America. It will take a long time to build enough generators for everyone, a long adjustment time; it can’t happen overnight, plenty of time for other industries to adjust. It’s the smart thing to do. Corporations have to stop protecting their wallets; greed is just wrong.
“And another thing, when I started out, I put my own money into it, time and research; I paid my runners to the patent office $500.00 a day to check patents. Most inventors don’t have $400,000.00 to put into their invention, and that was in 1989; now it would cost a million.”
“Persistence, you have that perseverance,” I told him.
“Yeah, well, an inventor has to have self-confidence, belief in himself…and I hate to lose; that really pisses me off.”
